Einlass: 20:00 Uhr Paycheque (LA) Paycheque is the Los Angeles synth-pop duo of Allison Goldfarb and Jackson MacIntosh. Their self-titled debut album, released in June of 2026, documents life at the margins of post-pandemic Los Angeles: limited resources, long nights, and a sense of romantic longing propelling them forward. Written and recorded together at home using hardware synthesizers, the record draws from the hook-heavy elegance of OMD and New Musik, with an eye toward timeless classic songcraft filtered through sonic experimentation. Boy-girl vocals trade perspective over drum machines, cinematic synths and guitars indebted to UK jangle and new wave. “'Generic Actress' has some of that intentionally chintzy retro special sauce you'd expect from an artist with MacIntosh's associations, and with some nice guy-girl vocal interplay from Goldfarb and MacIntosh complementing the song's squiggly keyboard melody.” — Stereogum, 2026 Foto ©: Aabid Youssef ARTHUR THE GANG (VIE) Launched in summer 2025, arthur the gang is the popmusic-band moniker of Arthur Gerstendorfer, a prolific singer-songwriter, producer and artist from Vienna, Austria. Following extensive airplay on Austrian's beloved FM4 Radio Station, arthur the gang started their live-concert express just this summer with a successful debut show at Club Lucia, and are eager to keep their live momentum rolling. The show offers a welcoming & disco driven pop-liveset; expanded with an excellent live group consisting of his sister Anna on keys+synth, and two longtime friends Jakob and Camillo on bass and drums. Four single releases throughout 2025-26; a fresh new EP this autumn called "busy feeling everything at once", and more concerts to come: Arthur will definitely stay busy and happy to present his diverse palette of eclectic-modern pop tunes, drawing infinite musical influences from all things cool and catchy.
