For this one night, the trio reunites to collaborate on an exclusive multi-course menu intertwining their culinary journey. Maria Barriga, chef de cuisine at Brooklyn's Michelin one-starred Oxomoco teams up with husband-and-wife co-executive chefs Juliana Thorpe and Ignacio Zuzulich (who are also alumni of the Michelin three-starred The Restaurant at Meadowood). At their current restaurant, The Lodge at Dawn Ranch, Thorpe and Zuzulich create culinary magic by reinventing California cuisine through their shared South American heritage—Thorpe's upbringing in Brazil’s Matutu mountains and Zuzulich’s restaurant lineage in Córdoba, Argentina.
