The evening will feature a menu built around meaningful dishes from the book, showcasing the culmination of Jinich’s decade-long research journey across the 1,954-mile U.S.–Mexico border—stretching from San Diego to Brownsville and spanning California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and beyond.
