Family Art Project: Day of the Dead in Wave Hill

Join us to celebrate this special Mexican cultural holiday. We will explore and create nicho boxes, small shadow boxes filled with meaning and purpose that honor a lost loved one. Registration not required. At 11:30am families can enjoy a storytime program in the Gund Theater, all ages welcome. Wave Hill House is wheelchair-accessible. There is an accessible, ground-level entrance at the front of the building with a power-assist door. The restroom on the ground level is all-gender and ADA-compliant. Additional ADA-compliant restrooms are available on the lower level, which can be accessed by elevator. Pricing: Free with admission to the grounds.
