Matt Snow is a dynamic bandleader and jazz bassist in New York City, whose drive to create lasting and memorable music has made a distinct impression over the last 10-odd years on the scene. His passion, perseverance and unique musical sensibility are evident with compositions that are neither esoteric nor simplistic, yet somehow catchy. With a drive and work ethic that enables the assembly of perhaps unconventional groups of instruments, Matt is free to explore and strive toward different sounds and formats. As music director for his projects Matthew has created significant buzz, having revived several NYC venues as a popular destinations for music fans.
