Grand Prix Winner at Rina Sala Gallo in Monza and Bronze Medalist at the Rubinstein Piano Competition in Tel Aviv, he has given recitals both in Italy and abroad and performed as soloist with orchestras, such as the Calgary Philharmonic, Israel Philharmonic and Moscow Symphony. Recordings include the Mozart Piano Sonatas for Velut Luna and two recordings including Prokofiev works. He gives masterclasses regularly both in Italy and abroad including at IKIF, the Tel-Hai International Piano Master Classes, the Ciaikovskij National Academy in Kiev, and Showa University in Tokyo. Mr. Ferrati studied with Sergio Perticaroli, at the Mozarteum in Salzburg and at the S.Cecilia Academy in Rome, where he received the First-class honours diploma.
