Join the Nuyorican Poets Cafe and the Puerto Rican bar/restaurant Barrio BX in our new monthly OPEN MIC series in The Bronx - hosted by our executive director and poet/performer Caridad "La Bruja" De La Luz. When? First Tuesday of every month @ 7 P.M. (starting on Feb. 3rd, 2026) Note: On March 3, 2026 @ 7 P.M., we will present the 30th anniversary screening of the documentary "¡Palante, Siempre Palante!" (1996), followed by Q&A with the film's director & producer Iris Morales, followed by our regular monthly open mic. Where?
