Let the sounds of fall bring you back to yourself As the seasons turn and day and night come into balance, we invite you to ask yourself: What are you ready to release? What do you want to carry forward? This Autumn Equinox offers us a beautiful invitation to pause, reflect, and make space for what is truly important. Join the New Women Space community for a deeply immersive Autumn Equinox Sound Bath designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and make way for the season ahead. Our sound bath guide, Caitlin (@CTLN), will be leading us into a restful sound journey featuring singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other resonant instruments. Allow the vibrations to wash over you as you let go of accumulated stress, reconnect with yourself, and simply be. No experience with meditation or sound baths is necessary. Come exactly as you are. You’ll spend most of the experience lying comfortably or resting while the sounds create a supportive space for relaxation and introspection. Bring: A yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on, a blanket, pillow, water, and anything else that helps you feel cozy. We also invite you to bring your introspective questions as a Tarot Reader will be available for mini sessions boh before and after the bath. --- About CTLN CTLN ("Caitlin") is a multi-faceted artist and burn survivor based in LA but originally from Mendham, NJ. Burned by hot water at just eight months old, CTLN has this intrinsic fire and confidence that's always lived inside her and fuels her passion for real systemic change through art. CTLN is building a platform that speaks to all walks of life with visible or invisible scars. She leads by example to inspire her audience to exist outside the social narrative and learn to truly embrace themselves. The act of being an artist who is unapologetically bearing her scars and her soul is what will truly change how people are represented in the media beyond tokenized sidekicks.
