Join us on the rooftop for YO BK Power Yoga! Enter through the lobby and take the elevator to the roof. We’ll enjoy skyline views, sunshine and fresh air! Power Yoga is an open-level Vinyasa class linking breath with movement. We’ll practice sun salutations, warriors, balancing postures, inversions, backbends and deep stretches. This well-rounded practice gives you everything you need!
